State Development Plans
Spearhead the design of Development Plan, with focus on key areas, namely: Security, Education, Agriculture, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs), Infrastructure and Commerce.
Cooperative Financing
Establish and register a Cooperative Financing Agency (CFA), to finance the proposed Development Plans to reposition agricultural production, commercial and industrial activities in the North.
Northern Farmers Association
Establish a Coordinating Authority for the development of a powerful Northern Farmers Association that brings together different associations like RIFAN, Wheat producers, Potato farmers and others.
Power & Infrastructure
Encourage the establishment of Public and Independent Power Plants in the North to drive sustainable industrial growth and infrastructure development.
Waste Management Industry
Encourage the establishment of Garbage and Waste matter processing industries by each State Government to process recycled materials and produce Organic Fertilizer and Bio-gas.
Strategic Communication
Develop galvanizing Television and Radio programs that would be self-financing to redirect, refocus, reinforce and empower the people.
